Welcome to Premier Water. We are South Florida’s trusted water treatment company, providing professional testing, installation, and maintenance services for
over 20 years. By using our website, purchasing a water treatment system, or scheduling installation and maintenance services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read carefully before moving forward with any service.
1. Scope of Services
Premier Water provides complete water treatment solutions across Palm Beach County. Our services include:
- Free in-home water testing to identify hardness, chlorine, sulfur, iron, and other common water issues.
- Premium water treatment systems from trusted brands such as Premier Water Max® (system cost is separate from service fees).
- Professional installation by certified technicians who ensure systems are connected, tested, and calibrated correctly.
- Ongoing system maintenance, including emergency repairs, performance checks, and replacement parts if required.
- Salt delivery and brine tank refilling services for water softeners, available on scheduled plans.
Our services are tailored to each client’s needs. We never recommend a
one-size-fits-all solution.
2. Pricing & Payments
We believe in transparent and fair pricing. Service costs are determined after your free water test and on-site consultation. Pricing depends on:
- The type of system required
- Your water usage and household size
- Installation complexity and parts needed
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of installation, unless otherwise outlined in your signed service agreement.
- Flexible financing options may be available through third-party partners (subject to credit approval).
Accepted Payment Methods
- Debit cards
- Major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
- Approved in-house financing through reputable finance companies
All payments are processed securely through PCI-compliant third-party processors. Premier Water does not store or share your financial information.
3. Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
We aim to keep our policies clear and simple:
- Product Return Policy: Once a water system is installed, the sale is final. Returns are not accepted.
- Service Cancellation Policy: To cancel a scheduled service and receive a full refund, cancellation must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) before the appointment.
- Refund Policy for Completed Services: Refunds are not available once
installation or maintenance is complete, unless required by law or if a manufacturer defect is confirmed.
We encourage customers to ask questions before installation so expectations are clear.
4. Warranties
Premier Water offers both product and installation warranties:
- Product Warranty: All Premier Water Max® systems include a manufacturer’s warranty ranging from 5 to 10 years, depending on the model. Manufacturer warranties cover product defects but not misuse or neglect.
- Installation Warranty: Premier Water provides a 1-year labor warranty on all professional installations. This covers workmanship and ensures your system is installed correctly.
Warranty service may require an inspection to confirm coverage.
5. Limitation of Liability
Premier Water guarantees professional service and high-quality systems. However, we are not liable for:
- Damages caused by failure to maintain the system
- Misuse or improper operation of the system
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs by third parties
Our responsibility is limited to the scope of the product and installation warranties
described above.
