Blake and his team were amazing in handling my water. My tests came back full of chlorine, heavy metals, and other contaminants. I now have the full house filtration system, and under sink drinking water filter with remineralization system. I am extremely satisfied not only with my water quality and softness, but this company will NEVER leave your side if you have any issues or concerns. Some companies will come and install and it’s hard to hear back from them again, but with Premier Water, you can expect top of the line customer service when it comes to questions, concerns, or servicing of the water systems. Not to mention they make their OWN systems so they are very knowledgeable in every aspect. High guarantee to anyone looking for a quality and reliable filter here in Florida, where the water quality is not as good as you may expect from your city water.

Could not have been a better or smoother experience.
My son (almost 3) and daughter (almost 1) were having issues with hard water leading to eczema. The Premier Water team had someone out within a day to install a beautiful whole home filtration system at the best price among the three I received (by far).
Within a week, both of my kids’ eczema completely cleared up. My wife (who doesn’t know I’m talking about her on the internet right now) actually just took my daughter out of the bath and said “aw baby your skin is so soft.”
The tech that came out to install was great. Did a nice clean job in placing the system to hide it from street view and everything is installed super sturdy. He was extremely knowledgeable and meticulously walked me through operation and maintenance of the system (very simple).
Couldn’t recommend Premier Water any more highly. Perfect experience.

Great service, I was very surprised with how bad the city water is. The Representatives were very nice and professional. The system itself works wonders helped my dry skin a lot. The Soaps they included had the most value, helped me save so much on my expenses!

I purchased the water system last year in May from them. They offered a free cleaning products for next 10 years when I signed up. I haven’t received any products yet as of June 2024. They reached out to me today and tried to solve the issue. The products were promised to be delivered by July 23. The water system works good so far though.

What a hassle dealing with Blake and his company. They are incompetent and I've had multiple issues with my system. Puronics even admitted that Premier Water has had multiple problems with the systems they've installed. Blake is useless. Nothing but excuses after excuses.... Use another company.
